About Dr. Paolini
Dr. Paolini joined WNY ENT in 2021, but has been practicing since 1997. He is a board certified Otolaryngologist/Head and Neck Surgeon. He practices general ENT and otolaryngology with a special interest in rhinology, sinus conditions and allergies.
Dr. Paolini is also a Clinical Assistant Professor with The SUNY at Buffalo Department of Otolaryngology. He has been extremely active in state and local medical societies, holding numerous positions over the years, including serving as the 2012-2013 President of the Erie County Medical Society, Delegate of the Medical Society of the State of New York, Board of Governors of the American Academy of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, and serving as a past President of the Buffalo Otolaryngology Society. He also completed a two year research fellowship in which he studied vaccine development for otitis media (middle ear infections).
As a Buffalo native, Dr. Paolini is proud to be able to give so much back to his local community. Medicine is a family interest – Dr. Paolini’s wife is a dermatologist! He is the proud father of 5 children, and when he’s not working or serving the medical community he enjoys cooking and spending time with his family.

What is your main strength as a physician?
I am honest and direct. My patients can count on me to give them transparent information on their health and conditions.
What do you like most about being a physician?
I enjoy the challenge of figuring out why people don’t feel well and working with patients to solve the problem.
What do you like to do in your free time?
In the winter, I enjoy snowmobiling. I also love making my homemade Italian sausage from scratch!
